Our client is seeking a fulltime Family Medicine Physician to join a
well-established and supportive practice. This position offers the
opportunity to provide exceptional care in an ambulatory setting,
alongside a collaborative team that includes 4 Physicians, 1 Physician
Assistant, and 1 Nurse Practitioner. The practice uses the EPIC EMR
system, ensuring a seamless workflow across the hospital and clinic.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care to patients in an outpatient, family
medicine setting.
* Work collaboratively with a strong support team and practice
administrator.
* Establish and maintain a patient panel quickly due to the practice’s
strong reputation.
* Participate in a shared call rotation to promote work-life balance.
* Utilize on-site hospital lab services to enhance patient care.
* Leverage advanced technology, including DAX Copilot, to streamline
documentation.
* Must Haves:
* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
* A valid Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one
before employment.
* New graduates and candidates coming out of training are encouraged to

* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative
environment.
* Proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly EPIC, is a plus but
not required.
